Data and Privacy:

Under NO circumstances we will share your valuable data and information with anyone. You will not get any unsolicated email from ourside.

Payment Using Third Party:

We use very reputed and authorised third party tool for money payment. So we dont take responisibility of any kind of issue happening due to those.

Plan Cancellation:

Order will not be cancelled under any circumstances. You can use unlimited free trials till your satisfaction.

System Problem:

We understand that on rare occasions things can go wrong due to some system problem. if such thing happens we will extend your plan expiry date by the time it takes to solve the issue after getting your complaint. However this does not include common problems reported in newspapers like fire/war etc. In case we are not able to solve your problem, we will refund your amount according the following rules:

• No refund if your plan cost is less than USD 50.
• No refund if you have used plan more than 50% of time. For example if your plan is for 6 month, no refund will be given after 3 months is over.
• 40% of your money will be refunded in other cases.
• Refund of the money will be done only through third party payment service. So we are not responsible for delay caused due to this.

General:

This is a scientific product that solves optimization problem using special mathematical algorithm. There might be other products which may use same/different programming method. Hence results may differ from one product to other. We will appreciate if you provide feedback of our solution in comparison of other products,
